The premises of the fruit nursery garden have existed since its establishment.
The fruit nursery garden was founded in 1895 and it is the oldest one on the Balkan Peninsula. The good traditions in the production of fruit planting material have been preserved and developed since nowadays on an area of 200 decares.

In 2001 the State Agriculture Company approved a project of the FRUIT NURSERY GARDEN Ltd on SAPARD programme for building a drip irrigation system, working premises and purchasing of a specialized  BOBARD tractor.

Today, after the project implementation, the fruit nursery garden owns an up-to- date and modern base and the equipment, necessary for producing a sound and high-grade saplings of fruit and decorative sorts.

The major priorities of FRUIT NURSERY GARDEN ltd are as follows:
- quality improvement;
- raising the species variety;
- environment protection.
